Pyralux AC

Pyralux® AC is a 2-layer, single-sided FCCL.
Our fully automated production lines operate in clean rooms, providing the environment required to secure quality.
This lets us target zero defects caused by foreign particles and achieve more reliable quality.
SD Flex Pyralux® AC can be designed with the various Cu foil and dielectric structures our customers require.
