Since its founding in 2004 as a joint venture between Samsung SDI and Qnity, SD Flex has aimed to be a Reliable Solution Provider with world-class technology, building its capabilities as a specialized manufacturer of FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate).
Starting from a solid quality assurance system and partnerships with trusted customers, we have grown into a dedicated FCCL producer with top-tier facilities and R&D capabilities. Through continuous process innovation and advanced materials technology, we have achieved the highest levels of stability and reliability in the FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) industry, supplying core materials to Korea's leading display and electronic component manufacturers.
As FCCL applications rapidly expand beyond smartphones and wearables into AI devices, humanoid robots and advanced electronics, we are focusing on the development of ultra-thin, highly flexible and highly reliable materials. To become a key partner for the precision interconnect solutions demanded by the age of AI and robotics, we are combining the accumulated technology of Samsung SDI and Qnity with SD Flex's hands-on expertise to create new growth engines.
